जहाँ कई कवि हिंदी उत्सव के व्यवसायीकरण में व्यस्त थे, वहाँ श्री विपुल लखनवी विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन का एक हिस्सा बने  | कई समाचार चैनलों और अखबारों में उनकी मौजूदगी को महसूस किया गया | उन्होंने हिंदी के प्रति अपने योगदान और "भारत के राष्ट्रीय राजभाषा – हिंदी” विषय पर अपने विचार दिए | उनके दिल को सबसे अधिक जिसने छुआ वह यह था कि वहाँ के बुनियादी बिंदु में जबरदस्त भारतीय प्रस्तुति थी | जैसे पेय पदार्थों कि निम्नलिखित सूची थी: नींबू पानी, चाय, कॉफी और छास | उन्होंने अपने काव्य पठन के दौरान आम जन मानस के लिए विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन का संदेश पहुँचाने का  प्रण किया |

While many poets were busy in commercializing the Hindi Utsav , Mr. Vipul Luckhnavi was himself a part of Vishwa Hindi Sammelan or International Hindi Conference.He was being called up for his contribution.His presence was felt in many news channels and papers where he had given his interviews about his thoughts on "National Official Language of India - Hindi".The basic point that touched his heart was the tremendous Indianity felt right from a beverages to presentations. The beverages had following menu : Lime water, Tea, Coffee and Butermilk.He makes sure that he conveys the message of Vishwa Hindi Sammelan to the public during his performance.
